General Ground Shipping, Handling and Processing Times;
• Apparel, , bags, hats and accessories typically take 2-4 business days to process then ship out. Please check the product page for any specific details.
• Artwork and large orders can take 4-7 business days to process then ship out.
• Items may ship from different facilities and may arrive separately.
• We ship Fed-Ex, UPS and U.S. Postal Service depending on the product or order. All orders ship standard ground unless otherwise selected.
Will tracking be provided? Yes, when tracking is available.

Returns/Exchanges - 30 Days
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to love your purchase.
Return Policies: If there is any reason you are unsatisfied or have a concern, please contact us in 1-5 days with purchase information. Any exchanges or returns must be approved and authorized first.
***Do not simply send it back. You may be responsible for return S&H.
• Apparel is exchangeable for size or color but must be in brand-new condition with tags within 30 days.
• Commissioned or custom orders for any product (shirts, hats, accessories or art prints, etc.) cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned for any reason.
• Artwork of any kind is non-refundable unless it is damaged on arrival – DOA. These are custom products.
• Art prints or reproductions of any kind are exchangeable for size but must be in brand-new condition within 30 days.
• A small amount of Dennis Friel art and accessories may be purchased from other websites or locations. They may ship from other locations and follow their own set of policies and returns.
DOA – Damage on arrival or during shipping is rare. However, if this should occur please let us know via email including photos immediately within 1 week. You may be able to issue a claim with shipping service (If shipping insurance was purchased.) We ship mostly through Fed Ex and they are very careful with art. However, we encourage purchasing optional shipping insurance, especially on custom orders or art.
Sending back merchandise without our authorization does not guarantee any refund or exchange.
